The company was acquired in 1999 by Robert Moffatt, Jr. in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mr. Moffatt, a Certified Petroleum Geologist (#5262), brings extensive on-site drilling, completion, and workover experience, along with a strong background in surface hook-up and pipeline operations.
